Renovation of a mixed-use development in Escanaba, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.

Delta County is requesting sealed proposals for 30'X 50'X 5" concrete floor in the Delta County Boat garage. Scope of work: 1) Site preparation shall be done by the contractor. 2)There will be 2" Styrofoam in floor for in floor heating. Styrofoam will be provided by Delta County. Styrofoam will be installed by contractor. 3) Heating piping and Drainage will be installed by Delta County Maintenance Department. 4) Concrete shall be sealed and provided and installed by contractor. 5) Contractor shall install mesh shall be provided and installed by contractor. 6) All bidders on the project are required to meet with the County Maintenance Director to go over scope of work, prior to submitting their bid. Required Submission Documents Vendor Experience and Qualifications (1 page) Proof of Liability Insurance (1 page) Timeline of work if selected (1 page) Cost proposal (1 page) Required Meeting with Maintenance Director All work shall be done in accordance with building codes. If permits are required contractor shall pull permits at the Delta County Building Codes Office. There will be no charge to the contractor for permit Work Hours: There are no hour restrictions. The Delta County Board of Commissioners will award the project based on its current approved procurement policy. Amendments to our withdrawals of proposals will only be allowed if acceptable request are received prior to the deadline. No amendments or withdrawals will be accepted after the deadline unless they are in response to the County's request. Required Review Defects: Vendors shall carefully review the RFP for defects and questionable or objectionable matter.
