A) REMOVAL / CORRECTIVE WORK / REPLACEMENT OF SHELVING SYSTEMS The approved Company / Contractor will be responsible determining the means and methods to provide a level rail system flush with the floor and to ensure the shelving systems operate / roll properly. The Company / Contractor will be responsible for disassembly, transport, and protection the shelving, carriage systems, and other components from the Records Center. There are a total of 58 Aurora Shelving Units. For the storage of the shelving system, the Company / Contractor will be allowed to provide and store Connex's on the site and must ensure that they are always secured. Once the rail system is correctly installed to be flush with the floor, the Company / Contractor will be responsible for reassembling and installing the shelving units to their original positions and for ensuring that all systems operate / roll properly on the flush mounted rails.
