Janitorial Cleaning Services: The City desires to provide a clean and attractive building environment at the most cost-effective price. This contract includes, but is not limited to: floors, walls, glass, restroom and furniture maintenance of the Painesville City Hall complex general office areas and the Police Division office (28 Mentor Avenue) and other areas at 7 Richmond Street. The Administrative Areas, including 54 and 66 Mentor Avenue are to cleaned five (5) days per week, exclusive of holidays, either Monday through Friday or Sunday through Thursday.
