Site work for a road / highway in Laredo, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
This project consists of furnishing all labor and materials, appliances, tools, equipment, facilities, transportation, storage, and services necessary to complete the procurement and installation of the monument sign and lighting equipment, as well as, all alternates. The Contractor will be responsible for site demolition, grading, leveling, and preparation of the surfaces for construction. Contractor will also be responsible for the provision and installation of all decorative components. Construction contract time for the project is sixty (60) calendar days. Question Cut Off Date 8/30/2024 12:00:00 PM (CT) Bidden for the construction work must submit a satisfactory cashiers or certified check, or bidders bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid based on the bid which check or bond shall be submitted as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract, and execute performance and payment bonds within ten (10) days after Notice of Award of contract is given to him for contracts in excess of 550.000.00. Bids without the required check or original bond will NOT be considered.
