The City of St. Petersburg Police Department (SPPD) is seeking bids from qualified vendors for all-inclusive preventive maintenance services for two (2) DAIKIN water cooled chillers and one (1) DAIKIN air cooled chiller located at the SPPD Headquarters Central Energy Plan (1301 1st Ave. N. St Petersburg FL 33705), and one (1) DAIKIN Air Cooled Roof top Chiller unit located at the SPPD Training Center (1845 13th Ave. N. St Petersburg, FL 33713). The vendor must provide labor, supervision, vehicles, Daikin-approved original manufacturers materials, software and programming, and all other equipment necessary for conducting the work. The initial term of the agreement is five (5) years from date of contract execution, and may, by mutual agreement of the parties, be renewed for two (2) years.
