Demolition and site work for a residential development in Monessen, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Estimated project is $70,000. The project consists of demolishing five (5) residential structures that are actively crumbling and in danger of collapsing onto the adjacent properties. The work will consist of, but not be limited to completely removing entire building, backfilling the foundations, clearing all debris, removing any trees present, placing topsoil, seeding and grading the sites to match adjacent contours. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the City of Monessen, negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value) or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of bid for construction shall be submitted with each bid.
