Demolition, site work, remodeling, renovation and addition to a military facility in Fort Bliss, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a military facility.
All applicable Federal, State and industry standards, including those not referenced, constitute design criteria for this project. This scope of work presents requirements for a Design/Build Project for BLDGS 1005, 1004, 1006, and 11332. Each building is a barracks building with admin spaces. This project shall design and install new HVAC and electrical system(s) in the building, design and install new fire suppression system(s) in the building, design and install new fire alarm/mass notification system(s), and design and install new mass notification system(s). The Contractor's point of contact (POC) for this project shall be the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), as appointed by the Unites States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). In the event that other specifications included with this solicitation reference other POC's, this Statement of Work, which names the primary POC as the appointed COR shall take precedence Question Deadline 09/02/2024 All questions must be entered into the Bidder Inquiry system no later than close of business seven (7) days before proposal due date Magnitude of Construction - $25,000,000.00-$100,000,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
