This Request for Tender is being issued by the Vancouver Island Health Authority ("Island Health") as it is seeking tenders from qualified Respondents to complete construction of the new Courtenay Inhalation Site. The Project will serve as a temporary, emergency use facility, and has been designed for ease of installation and disassembly while adhering to strict interior environmental protection standards for the safety of staff and participants. It includes, but is not limited to, assembly of four prefabricated 20' storage containers (seacans) and construction of an inhalation space. The pre-finished sea-cans, furniture, IMIT, and security equipment will be owner supplied to avoid long lead times.
