2023 Water and Sewer Improvements. Estimate: $680,000.00 Scope The project consists of constructing approximately 1,500 LF of 8" water main and 1,700 LF of 8" sanitary sewer and related work. IN CASE of ambiguity or lack of clearness stating the price in the bids, the Owner reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof or to reject the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any or all informalities, and to award the contract to the bidder or bidders who, in the opinion of the Owner, offers the proposal to the best interest of same.
