Renovation of a conference / convention center in Midlothian, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
Interior renovations to include furniture (seating areas throughout the CC), accent walls (wall paper/paint), signage for the room names and directions, and light fixtures. Exterior renovations include landscaping, new enclosure for dumpster, side entry and service entry, need new exterior décor and landscaping. The Midlothian Community Development Corporation and City of Midlothian is requesting interested firms to submit Proposals in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified and interested firms for the renovation of interior and exterior of its Conference Center located at 1 Community Drive, Midlothian, TX. 76065. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, the Owner reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject any or all bids and to waive any formality in connection therewith. No bid may be withdrawn within forty-five (45) days after date on which bids are opened.
