The requirements of Letter of Interest are pursuant to Nebraska LB 889 (2008) Political Subdivision Construction Alternatives Act and the terms defined in Nebraska Revised Statute 13-2906, and Board Policy 7060 Design-Build Contracts. The performance criteria developed will allow the district to construct a project of scope to potentially include: One bus barn with 4 bus bays including overhead doors, One utility door, 4 walkin doors, electric outlets. The goal of the district is to complete these additions and improvements in one phased addition of approximately $275,000 thousand, based on the prioritized needs of the district. The district would like to use the completed project as soon as possible but not later than August 2025. Potential Projected Timeline:

o Ability or professional personnel
o Past performance
o Willingness to meet time and budget requirements
o Recent, current and projected workloads f the DesignBuilder
o Other information which the District and PCD deem relevant The Design-Build Contracts Policy 7060 adopted by Silver Lake School District in accordance with NEV. REV. STAT. 13-2909 is attached and incorporated by reference. Kort and Associates, as PCD will be ineligible to be included as a provider of any services in a Design-Builder proposal for the project, and the PCD shall not be employed by, or have a financial or other interest in a Design-Builder who will submit a proposal. If the prospective Design-Builder team is a prime contractor-subcontractor relationship or joint venture, both entities must complete their relevant information on the questionnaire.
