Reference Number 0000360809 The City of Brighton seeks the proposal of qualified Contractors to provide traffic pole repainting services for a total of 30 intersections within City limits as more specifically described in the Scope of Work attached hereto. Contractors shall not be responsible for completing all 30 intersections annually; instead, the City shall define specific project limits/quantities, per contract term. The Term of this Agreement shall be for one (1) year, commencing on the date an Agreement is executed by the City. All Services to be performed under said Agreement shall commence promptly after receipt of a fully executed task order to the extent that the Professional has been authorized to proceed by the City. The City, at its sole discretion, may offer annually to extend this Agreement for up to four (4) additional one-year terms provided the Professional has performed the Services satisfactorily and all terms and conditions of the Agreement have been fulfilled.
