To provide all labor, materials, equipment, expertise, and supervision to provide monthly maintenance, services for the well water systems at three (3) schools in Gloucester County. At a minimum, the water testing is to be conducted weekly or as needed. The County desires the resulting contract to be a multi-term agreement with annual renewal options. The resulting agreements from this solicitation shall be non-exclusive and the services provided shall be on an on-call basis with no guarantee of work. The County reserves the right to make multiple awards from this solicitation and the use of the contracted firms shall be at the sole discretion of the County The number of hours and the cost of repair parts required for repairs shall be approved and authorized by a Gloucester County Public School (GCPS) representative prior to the performance of any work. The contractor shall only install repair parts that meet or exceed the original equipment manufacturers, ("OEM") parts. Substitution of parts not meeting the OEM standards without the expressed consent of GCPS will not be accepted or subject to payment by the GCPS. Work Location: Gloucester County

All questions shall be submitted in writing (email is preferred). Questions or comments regarding this solicitation shall be directed to the Buyer. The County reserves the right to reject any and all quotes in whole or in part, to waive any informality and to delete items before making an award. Bidders agree that decisions of the Purchasing Agent are final, and shall hold harmless the County, its departments, directors, employees, and consultants and others involved in solicitation and selection. The submission of a quote indicates acceptance of this condition.
