Reference Number 0000360817 Source ID PU.AG.USA.2527093.C15322351 The work to be done, in general, consists of placing fill within ponds and grading the area, including: dewatering the ponds, demolishing existing wastewater pond piping and structures, demolishing a retaining wall and fence, placing and compacting clean fill within ponds, smooth grading the area, installation of storm drain infrastructure, and related items of work as shown on the plans, as specified in the Technical Specifications and special provisions, and as directed by the Engineer. The anticipated Notice to Proceed date is SEPTEMBER 19, 2024 Work shall be completed within Fifty (50) Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run. Question Deadline 08/29/2024 at 2:00 PM PT Questions are submitted online No Bidders must direct all questions about the meaning or intent of Bidding Documents to Owner in writing. Owner may not answer questions received less than 4 Days prior to the date for opening Bids. A California class "A" contractor's license is required to bid this contract. Joint ventures must secure a joint venture license prior to award of this Contract *Owner specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, to re-bid, or to waive inconsequential defects in bidding not involving time, price or quality of the work. Owner may reject any and all Bids and waive any minor irregularities in the Bids.
