Renovation of a detention facility in Rembert, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The project consists of (3) dormitories. Replace rooftop heating only units for Dorm 1 and 2 with new 25-ton rooftop heat pump. Replace (2) L.P. gas furnaces in each of (3) wings of Dorm 4 with new L.P. gas furnaces, DX coils, 5-ton condensing units, and associated ductwork, diffusers, controls and electrical power for HVAC.
