Water Meters Winning Bidder(s) agree to commit to a total of one (1) year contract with the City of Carrollton to supply requested goods / service. This contract will be renewable with or without price increases if mutually agreed upon by the department and the Purchasing Division and the Bidder(s) for an additional three (3) year renewal periods. Until the final award by the City of Carrollton, the City reserves the right to reject any and/or all sealed bids, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise, to proceed otherwise when the best interests of said City will be realized hereby. Sealed bids will be submitted sealed and plainly marked with the date and time of opening. The City of Carrollton Municipal Building is wheelchair accessible.
