This tender consists of the supply, delivery, start-up, commissioning, operational training and reporting services of two (2) 210 kW (minimum output) electric boilers complete with controls, and accessories. Vendors should bid directly on this invitation to tender by submitting a unit and extended price for all requirements inclusive and include this Tender document with their bid submission. CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA Contract(s) will be awarded to the vendor submitting the lowest price compliant bid for each of the Items detailed below. Bids must meet the specifications attached to this Invitation to tender to be considered for award. All awards will be reviewed and finalized at the sole discretion of the Department of Transportation & Infrastructure (DTI). Bid(s) must meet the required specifications attached. A combination of price, warranty, technical compliance, quality of goods, services (including start-up, commissioning, training, and reporting), and delivery will be considered when awarding this tender. WARRANTY All equipment must have minimum 18 months warranty from delivery or 12 months of operation from turn-over/acceptance at substantial completion of the installation. DELIVERY Delivery is requested on or before September 30, 2024 to the NBCC Miramichi Campus, at the quantities specified.
