Contra Costa Water District (CCWD) is seeking Proposal from firms interested in providing professional Capital Program Management Services (CPMS) for the Canal Replacement Program in Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25) (July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025) and Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) (July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026). One firm will be selected to provide program management services for the two fiscal years. CCWD anticipates awarding an initial 2-year (+/-) agreement with the option for subsequent amendments at CCWD's sole discretion for additional services that could extend through the duration of the Canal Replacement Program. A pre-proposal meeting can be scheduled upon request. The meeting will be held at 2411 Bisso Lane, Concord, CA CCWD will review the proposals and hold interviews the week of October 14, 2024. The firms invited for an interview will be notified of the interview time. The interviews will require approximately 75 minutes; up to 45 minutes will be available for your presentation, and the remainder for questions by CCWD. This solicitation does not commit CCWD to pay any costs incurred in the preparation and presentation of proposals or to select any interested firm who responds. This solicitation covers only the work described herein and does not commit CCWD to any work beyond that described. The successful proposer will be required to fully comply with Section 1090 et. Seq. of Government Code of the State of California. CCWD is not obligated to accept any of the proposals and reserves the right to reject or accept any proposal. In addition, CCWD is under no obligation to accept changes to CCWD's Standard Agreement for Professional Services. If CCWD and the consultant cannot reach an agreement CCWD will proceed with the next highest ranked firm.
