Site work and new construction of a day care center in Fort St. John, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 4,536-square-foot, one-story above grade day care center; and for site work for a day care center.
The purpose of this Tender is to solicit and receive offers from trade contractors and suppliers for the work shown or described in the Appendices listed in the instructions below. HRIDL's objective is to successfully select trade contractors and suppliers to perform the work as described in this Tender document as well as any addenda which forms part of the Tender documents. The selected trade contractors and suppliers will perform the work as a subcontractor to HRIDL. Metis Nation British Columbia has contracted HRIDL to perform the construction management / general contractor services on the Metis Nation British Columbia Fort St. John Childcare Project. The Tender process and construction of the Work form part of HRIDL's responsibilities as the construction manager/ general contractor. Question Deadline 08/30/2024 at 2:00 PM PT
