Contract No. 24-pk1 G. Turner Craig Town Park Renovations the Scope of Work Includes the Installation of Approximately 1,100 Square Feet of 4" Depth Concrete Sidewalk, the Installation of a Dcnr Acknowledgement Sign and All Necessary Appurtenances and Restoration for Said Construction. The Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid, Made Payable to the Sandy Lake Borough to Guarantee the Bidder's Entrance Into the Contract if Given the Award. The Borough Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals and to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for Ninety (90) Calendar Days After the Scheduled Time for Receipt of Bids.
