Renovation of an educational facility in Tempe, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The successful CMAR in this selection will be able to provide services at ASU's discretion for demolition, renovation, and construction services, related to this project as described below, for the duration of the warranty period of two years after substantial completion. Any clarifications or interpretations of this RFQ that materially affect or change its requirements will be formally provided to all parties.
