Site work for a civil project in Needville, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Major items of work include: Construction of two (2) ground storage tanks, two (2) hydrotanks, three (3) booster pumps, and communication to an off-site water well Onsite and Offsite water lines and appurtenances New CMI building Natural gas generator with stand-along fuel tank Electrical and Control System Demolition of existing water plant facilities A bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, issued by an acceptable surety, shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to City of Needville or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The deadline to ask questions is 8/30/2024 5:00 PM CDT. City of Needville reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. The award will be made to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest acceptable bid. Bids may be held by City of Needville for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. PROJECT MUST BE SUBSTANTIALLY COMPLETE BY NOVEMBER 1, 2026
