Demolition, site work, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Amite, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Hurricane Ida D-18 Pump Station Repairs D-18 Pump Station Repairs consist of the demolition and replacement of the existing building with modifications as shown on the plans (i.e. shortening the building width and height, chain link fencing), removal and replacement of existing handrails (including additional handrails around open perimeter) and stairways, installation of underground meter service and lighting electrical equipment, lighting, and a timber trash screen in front of the existing sump and walkway. This Project shall require a Louisiana Contractors license number for Building Construction. The Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with Louisiana State Bid Law.
