Structure is limited to replacement of headers at door openings and ceiling joists framing and replacement of chase wall with new cmu wall at restrooms only. c. New epoxy floor finish. d. paint finish at restrooms. e. Replacement of plumbing fixtures and toilet accessories with new type. f. Replacement of existing and new LED light fixtures in restrooms. g. New doors, door frame, and door hardware. h. New door signs and wall signs.
