Pursuant to section 287.055, Florida Statutes, and County policy, the Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) requests qualifications from engineering firms interested in providing professional services for LAP Projects (CEI). Proposals will only be accepted from entities pre-qualified by the FDOT in Work Types 10.1 (Roadway CEI), 10.3 (Construction Materials Inspection), and 10.4 (Minor Bridge and Miscellaneous Structures CEI) as defined by Chapter 14-75.003 F.A.C. Work will be assigned by Task Order issued under this Contract and will provide a detailed Scope of Services, project deliverables, fee, and schedule. Last Day for Questions: September 4, 2024 Guidelines detailing form and content requirements for the Statement are available by contacting Erin Poole at Okaloosa County Purchasing Department, 5479A Old Bethel Road, Crestview, FL 32536, 850-689-5960. The County reserves the right to award to the firm submitting proposals with a resulting negotiated agreement that is most advantageous and in the best interest of Okaloosa County, and to waive any irregularity or technicality. Okaloosa County shall be the sole judge of the submittal and the resulting negotiating agreement that is in its best interest and its decision will be final. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
