Standpipe Rehabilitation Project. The Pba Standpipe Rehabilitation Project Generally Consists of but is Not Limited to the Following: o Rehabilitation of Standpipe o Trenching and Installation of Water Supply Piping And Valves o Temporary Water Storage and Supply o Disinfection of Standpipe o Other Associated Activities A Certified Check or Bank Draft Payable to the Order of Pba, Or a Satisfactory Bid Bond Executed by the Bidder and an Acceptable Surety in an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Total of the Bid, Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid. Bidders Must Comply With All State Antibidrigging Regulations Pertaining to Work Associated With This Project and Will Be Required to Submit an Executed Non-collusion Affidavit With the Bid. The Bidders Must Submit Documentary Evidence of Section 3 Business Concerns Who Have Been Contacted and to Whom Commitments Have Been Made. Documentation of Such Solicitations and Commitments Shall Be Submitted Concurrently With the Bid. Bids May Be Held by Pba for Up to 90 Days From the Date of Opening for the Purpose of Reviewing the Bids and Investigating the Qualifications of Bidders Prior to Awarding the Contract. Pba Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Any Irregularities, or to Negotiate Contract Amounts.
