Renovation of an Existing portion of an existing building to repurpose to be a Work Ready Oklahoma 'WRO' Center. Work includes demolition, patching, and repair work as required to prepare existing to receive new construction. New construction includes selective demolition, metal stud framed walls, gypsum board ceilings and walls, hollow metal door and window frames, wood doors, overhead coiling door, acoustic lay-in ceiling, batt insulation, millwork and countertops, painting, flooring, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, complete and ready for use. Location: 601 West 33rd Street, Ada, Oklahoma Bidders must demonstrate qualifications to perform the work and submit qualifications, prior to contract award. Bidders must provide evidence of experience with projects of similar scope and complexity. Prospective bidders are required to conduct a site investigation prior to bidding to understand the work requirements and assess the current conditions of the project site.
