Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kalispell, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City will be re-paving the street using internal resources, but the underground drainage and on grade concrete work will be completed by a private contractor. The project includes furnishing labor, materials and equipment required to install approximately 69 linear feet of 8-inch PVC stormwater main and 2 stormwater catch basins flatwork. Also included in the project are; approximately 1080LF of curbing, 230SY concrete flatwork, manholes concrete collars, and landscape restoration.
