The services to be provided under this contract are for routine and emergency inspection and evaluation of water storage tanks and structures and chemical tanks. Contractor must be a Certified AMPP QP-5 provider, or Professionally Licensed (PE) civil or structural engineer experienced with AWWA and OSHA standards. The ability to perform wall thickness testing, adhesion testing, and ROV inspection are desirable. Routine inspection and evaluation of the City's water and chemical tanks occurs about every 5-years. Qualified contractors should be able to provide emergency services with a 48-hour response time upon request. The initial term of this contract will be for five (5) years from date of award with annual review. The City reserves the right to extend the contract under the same terms and conditions for additional periods from date of expiration provided such extensions are mutually agreeable to the City and the vendor and if funds are available to support the continuation of the contract.
