The City of Snohomish requests statements of qualifications from qualified consultants to provide planning and design services for Homestead Park, a 10-acre neighborhood park located at 2000 Ludwig Road. Services include developing a master plan, facilitating public meetings, and preparing construction documents. A preliminary master plan was completed in 2021, and a property survey and critical areas report were completed in 2017. The site includes an existing farmhouse and garages (occupied by a resident), a barn, outbuildings, a man-made pond, wetlands, a mature cedar grove, and a primitive gravel accessway. All services must be performed or supervised by persons appropriately licensed and registered under Washington State laws governing the practice. Project tasks shall include, but are not limited to: 1.Review of site and existing information. 2.Develop master plan. 3.Attend and develop materials for public outreach meetings. 4.Structural evaluation and preservation of barn. 5.Develop bid documents and cost estimate. 6.Provide permitting assistance.
