Replace existing domestic, hot water boiler and storage tank with tank type, gas fired domestic water heaters. 3. Replace room temperature sensors. Architect/Engineer's cost Opinion; $580,625.00 Bid Bond: This Project is estimated to cost $250,000.00 or more and must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond, equal to 5% of the total Base Bid only, excluding taxes. Make checks payable to the Renton School District; furnish bond executed by a licensed bonding agency authorized to do business in the locality of the project. Prevailing Wage: It is the responsibility of the bidder to go online to verify they have the most current prevailing wages at time of bid. Apprenticeship Requirement: This Project is not estimated to cost one million dollars or more.
