Site work for a medical facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a medical facility.

Behavioral Health Longview Building Exterior Signage. 1) Larimer County text and logo to be approximately 16'-6" wide by 4'-0" tall in a 3" deep aluminum cabinet painted to match the stucco. Backlit with halo effect with 5000k white LED's. See attached for sample of how the logo and text will be. 2) Summit Stone Health Partners text and logo to be approximately 20'-0" wide by 4'-0" tall in a 3" deep aluminum cabinet painted to match the stucco. Backlit with halo effect with 5000k white LED's. See attached for sample of how the logo and text will be. 3) Electrical will be brought to both signs by an electrical vendor by the owner and will be coordinated to hook up the signs during installation. 4) Vendor shall propose a furnish and install price inclusive of all work to produce shop drawings for approval, permitting, hoisting and installation to the building. Time included to coordinate electrical hook up by owners vendor. 5) Provide a price and draft shop drawing to demonstrate understanding of the scope for the Larimer County and Summit Stone Health Partners signs. Provide a separate price for Larimer County sign and a separate price for Summit Stone sign. Larimer County and Summit Stone will each independently contract with the awarded vendor. 6) State the anticipated schedule you can adher to includeding producing shop drawings, obtaining a permit, fabrication and ready for installation. 7) Provide a statement about any efforts your company has made to support the environment and sustainability efforts. This may include ways your company has helped to reduce your greenhouse footprint or other sustainability efforts. The Larimer County Facilities Department is requesting quotations with the intention of contracting with one or more companies for the following Services and/or Goods: exterior building signage for both Larimer County and Summit Stone Health Partners. Building is located at 2260 W Trilby Rd, Fort Collins 80526. Question Deadline 08/23/2024 at 11:59 AM MT All questions regarding this Department Request For Quotation (D-RFQ) must be emailed to David Bragg at dbragg@larimer.org. Include both the D-RFQ number and Title in the Subject Line of the email, or your question may be missed. All questions received before the question due date/time will be answered via an ADDENDUM, which will be published in red at the top of this page. An addendum is a document that answers questions and/or provides additional information. Addenda may change one or more pieces of this D-RFQ. Insurance Requirements: Larimer County is diligent about enforcing insurance requirements listed in all contracts. This diligence means that the County expects that all vendors meet the insurance coverage requirements provided. See Certificate of Insurance example and Quick Tips. Proof of Auto Liability and Workers' Compensation insurance is waived if goods/products are not delivered to a County facility (delivery is made to roadway or private staging area), or they are delivered by a common carrier (i.e. private shipper or freight forwarder, etc.). Award and Contract: This solicitation will be awarded to the vendor with the most responsive, responsible, reasonable quotation meeting all specifications and deemed the best fit and most advantageous to Larimer County. To assist in the decision for award: interviews may be held, background checks may be performed, references may be contacted, and other inquiries may be taken to determine the abilities of the vendor.
