The City of Goshen is requesting proposals for the services of a Construction Manager as Constructor in accordance with IC 5-32. The purpose of this request is to identify those firms most capable of delivering the preconstruction and construction services required for the successful delivery of the renovation of and improvements to Shanklin Pool. It is anticipated that the Projects total construction cost will be between $11,000,000 and $12,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
