Site work and paving for a road / highway in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Briarcliff Phase 1 and 2: Furnish All Equipment, Materials and Labor for Scratch Course and Superpave overlay paving with 9.5mm Wearing Course on Various Township roads. This contract is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442, Serial No. 24-07431. Grout all Concrete Basins Inside and Around Pipes 1.5" superpave 9.5mm wearing course Cement Concrete Sidewalk Survey and Install Concrete Monuments Survey and Install Markers Prepare "As-Built" Drawings All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% (ten per cent) of the total bid, made payable to Fairview Township. Payment and performance bonds in the amount of 100% (one hundred per cent) of the contract price shall be furnished by the successful bidders within 20 days after Notice of Intent of Award. Fairview Township reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals.
