Site work for a municipal facility in Dodgeville, Wisconsin. Working plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

As of September 13, 2024. No bids were received, no anticipated rebid date yet. This project will consist of installation of a chain link perimeter security fence and gate on the grounds of the Iowa Conty Quarry. The work to be performed is illustrated and depicted on the drawings included herein and these special provisions. In general, the work will include Provision of materials and installation of an 8-foot chain link mesh with a dual extension arm and barb wire topping security fence. The work shall be complete including fence, security uppers, 20-foot opening gate, posts, mesh, barb wire, concrete, and all other miscellaneous work or materials to provide a viable functioning unit at the location as depicted. Work will include placing post bases, erecting post uprights, placement of mesh, bracing, tensioning of all materials, installation of a dual 10-foot (20-foot opening) double swing gate along with other incidental items as deemed necessary and depicted. Contract services shall include but not be limited to the following items of work: removal of asphalt and subsoils; placement of concrete post base supports; construction, erection, fabrication, and installation of all necessary work, materials, products, labor, equipment, and other incidentals as necessary to complete the work as depicted on the drawings and stated herein. Question Deadline 09/06/2024 at 4:00 PM CT Any questions raised prior to or during the site visit will be responded to in writing by a contract modification/clarification memo or bid addendum via posting to the Iowa County RFP website and via email to all plan holders This will be the only opportunity the Bidders will have to access the site and see the work location prior to the bid due date. It is the responsibility of all bidders receiving (downloading) bid packets from the internet to notify the Iowa County Highway Department Office at (608) 935-3381 extension 602 - Jennifer Blanchard of their intent to bid the project and to be included on the project Bidder's List. The Bidder's List maintained by the Highway Department shall be the sole method of notifications for this project or bidding process addendum or conditions. It is the bidder's sole responsibility to notify the department of their intent to bid and to be placed on the bidder's list.
