Renovation of a military facility in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The work consists of replacing various rusted light poles at Dam Neck Buildings 370, 382 and 383. Properly securing electrical power to lights using OSHA approved lock out tag out procedures. All materials, components and equipment shall be installed in strict adherence to manufacturer's specifications and UFC 25 56 00 Exterior Lighting. Remove locking device, re-energize lights and ensure lights are properly functioning. ONLY CONTRACTORS IN MACC GROUP ID: ML-C00075 CAN BID ON THIS PROJECT. Pre-Propsal Inquiries (PPIs): PPIs must be submitted in writing on the attached Pre-Proposal Inquiry Form (ATTACHMENT F) to Jonathan Castillo at jonathan.y.castillo.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 1 October 2024 at 2:00 PM EST. Proposal Due Date: 15 October 2024 no later than 2:00 PM EDT. LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Time for completion: Contract completion date is 180 calendar days. The days are calculated from date of task order award, which includes the initial 15 days allowed for distribution of the task order award, submission and approval of insurance, bonding and other requirements set forth in the task order/MACC. Task order award is considered notice to proceed *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
