This Contract provides for the improvement of Homestead Neighborhood Park, located at 1800 S 160th Ave., Vancouver, WA 98683. Work shall include the construction of a concrete curb, sidewalk and ramp Excavation and grading Installation of play equipment, benches, bike rack, synthetic turf and engineered wood fiber safety surfacing, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
