1. Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Dormitory Building Upgrades and Site Improvement Services as described herein: Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to improve exterior and interior dormitory areas. 2. CAL FIRE has the right to extend this agreement for one (1) year by amendment at the same terms, conditions, and costs. 3. Subcontracting is permitted under this Agreement if subcontractors are included on the Bidder Declaration (GSPD05-105), Attachment 2. 4. The services shall be performed at CAL FIRE - Rainbow Fire Center, 8215 Rainbow Heights Road, Fallbrook, CA 92028. 5.
