Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway, sidewalk / parking lot and water / sewer project.

This project includes construction of approximately 4,700 feet of3-lane asphalt roadway construction from unimproved conditions with concrete curb and gutter. The project also includes connections to West Florence Street, approximately 960 linear feet of sidewalk extension on West Florence Street, approximately 8,326 linear feet of curb and gutter, approximately 3,832 linear feet of storm sewer and associated inlets, manholes, and end sections, approximately 6,720 linear feet of new waterline, approximately 4,060 linear feet of sanitary sewer line with associated manholes, and installation of a new four-way traffic signal for a new intersection at South Joshua Avenue and West Florence Street. The acceptance and award of this Bid will be considered by the City of Broken Arrow. Project will be awarded to the responsible Bidder with the lowest base bids. The lowest responsible Bidder will be notified within ten (10) working days of the Bid opening as to when this Public Construction Contract will be placed on the City of Broken Arrow City Council Agenda for consideration. A Bidder's Surety Bond, irrevocable letter or credit or a cashier's or properly certified check upon a bank or trust company must accompany each Proposal for an amount equal to approximately five percent (5%) of the total Bid made payable, without reserve, to the Broken Arrow Municipal Authority. The successful Bidder must, within ten (10) days after receiving notice of award, furnish a Performance Bond, Statutory Bond and Maintenance Bond in the forms prescribed by City of Broken Arrow in the amounts equal to the Contract price Bidders shall carefully examine the site of the proposed Work and shall inform themselves as to facilities for delivery and placing of all materials and equipment.
