Renovation of a municipal facility in Columbia, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Columbia is seeking separate sealed bids for reroof of a breezeway alley located between 34 and 36 Public Square, Columbia, TN 38401. The Roofing Contractor will secure an Abatement Contractor to remove the existing roof down to the wood substrate. The Roofing Contractor will install new tapered insulation board and new membrane roofing as detailed in the drawings. Clay tile caps will be re-sealed and brick parapets will be cleaned and water sealed as part of the scope of work.
