Reference Number 0000360731 The Town of North Andover is soliciting bids from experienced contractors to perform scheduled cleaning of twenty-four (24) sewer pump station (SPS) wet wells. Written responses will be posted on online by September 5, 2024 at 4:00 p.m The Town of North Andover may cancel this IFB or reject in whole or in part any and all proposals, if determine that cancellation or rejection serves the best interest of the Town of North Andover. The Town of North Andover is seeking to award a one-year contract for the period of September 15, 2024 through September 14, 2025 with two (2) additional one-year renewals, solely at the discretion of the Town. All bidders are required to submit a 5% bid deposit/bond of the dollar bid total for the first year of the contract. For a contract award greater than $25,000, the successful bidder shall provide a payment bond in the amount of 50% of the total cost of the contract. The payment bond must be on the Town's form that is attached.
