Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a 100,000-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project includes the construction of a 100,000 square foot indoor athletic facility, four exterior soccer fields, and associated parking and other site improvements. The City seeks interested firms employing highly qualified personnel with experience and expertise in delivering work of the nature described herein and providing full-service CMAR preconstruction and construction phase services. As of March 27, 2025, this project broke ground last week. There will be multiple upcoming bid packages released by the awarded construction manager. *Subcontractor bidding may be ongoing for select trades. Interested subcontractors should contact the awarded general contractor to check on available bidding opportunities.
