Reference Number 0000360462 The Greater Rockford Airport Authority doing business as the Chicago Rockford International Airport is requesting proposals for Janitorial/Cleaning Services for the Terminals, SRE Building, and Administrative offices. These services will be governed by an agreement/contract between parties; the awarded Janitorial/Cleaning Company and the Airport Authority. The selected Proposer shall provide the Services of labor, supervision and incidentals for complete janitorial service at the following locations on the Airport property. These services shall be performed during periods when flight times are not scheduled in order to maintain maximum cleanliness. Main Terminal - The selected Proposer will be expected to perform a set list of routine services as called out in Exhibit A and will also include any incidentals. FIS/International Terminal - The selected Proposer will be expected to perform a set list of routine services as called out in Exhibit B and will also include any incidentals. Airport Administrative Offices - The selected Proposer will be expected to perform a set list of routine services as called out in Exhibit C and will also include any incidentals. SRE Building (5751 Falcon Road) The selected Proposer will be expected to perform a set list of routine services as called out in Exhibit D and will also include any incidentals. Pilot's Lounge (4301 Falcon Road) The selected Proposer will be expected to perform a set list of routine services as called out in Exhibit E and will also include any incidentals. 90k Cargo Building (6026 Cessna Road) The selected Proposer will be expected to perform a set list of routine services as called out in Exhibit F and will also include any incidentals.
