The Wisconsin Air National Guard (ANG) has a requirement to enhance branding and heritage within four buildings at the WI Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ) Air Staff office and 115th Fighter Wing (FW) in Madison, WI. The scope of this project is expected to include, but is not limited to, design and non-destructive installation of: a. Vinyl Wall Covering b. Dimensional Signage c. Metal Die-Cut Aircraft d. Acrylic Displays e. Painting For further details and requirements review the attachments. A site visit will be held on 04 September 2024 at noon CST. To attend, email the full name, date of birth, and drivers license number with the issuing state of the attendee to 115.fw.fw-contracting.org@us.af.mil no later than 03 September 2024. Attendance is highly encouraged. This effort is a high priority requirement in support of the National Guard. Funds are not presently available to make award. If funds become available for award, and prices are deemed fair and reasonable, it is the Governments intent to make award. This is not a commitment of funds or contract award. Award will be made to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government. Determination of best value will include an evaluation of price, technical, past performance, and prior experience. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. All questions shall be in writing. Questions shall be emailed to the primary point of contact shown on this RFQ. Questions must be received no later than 11 September 2024. Quotes in response to this solicitation MUST include: Pricing in Section B of the attachment "RFQ W50S9F24Q0006". Vendor's standard quote format may be provided in addition to this document. The alternative payment protection that the contractor intends to submit. See clause 52.228-13 on the attachment "RFQ W50S9F24Q0006" for acceptable options. A definitive and realistic delivery schedule after contract award. Sufficient information that demonstrates the contractor's ability and past experience with this type of work. A draft or mockup is not required, but may be used in evaluation.
