Project Location: located approximately 900 feet southeast ofthe intersection ofState Highway 22 and Farm-to-Market Road 219 (3rd Street), in Bosque County, Texas 76637 The deadline to ask questions is 9/14/2024 12:10 AM CDT All questions must be submitted electronically through (Question and Answer portal) at least four days prior to bid opening. SCOPE OF WORK: Replace existing Wastewater Treatment Packaged Plant and add vertical influent mechanical screening. All questions must be submitted electronically no later than 12:01 a.m., on Saturday, September 14, 2024. Sealed bids must contain all documents and forms listed on Bid Package Cover Sheet. This project is funded by the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) and is contingent upon release of funds from TWDB. Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids are expected to be funded in part by financial assistance from the TWDB. This project is subject to the American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirements of Section 608 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act. Estimate: $870,000.00
