Removing existing soils adjacent to building foundation and providing foundation recovery system in order to lift and stabilize existing building foundation. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond with an adequate surety, naming the City Utilities of Springfield, Missouri, as obligee, in a penal sum equal to five percent of the maximum bid price excluding options, or in lieu thereof, a certified check drawn on a Federally insured banking institution, payable to City Utilities in the same amount as the penalty of the Bond.
