Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Flemingsburg, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.

Full Metal Restoration for County Maintenance Garage located at 493 Industrial Park Drive, Flemingsburg, KY 41041. Approximately 50,500 sqft. Apply Rust Off throughout metal roof, Pressure wash entire roof with a 4000-psi pressure washer, Prime roof using rust inhibiting metal primer(one gallon per 3 squares), Caulk fastener heads, protrusions, and under ridge using Kwik Kaulk, Apply Kwik Kaulk seam grade on all vertical seams of standing seam. (approximately 25,000 LF.), Reinforce horizontal seam and gable rakes, Apply white Puma XL Topcoat at approximately 2 gallons per square.
