Site work for a mixed-use development in Columbus, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of August 21, 2025, this project is under construction. The request for quotation (RFQ) is to receive professional design plans for a mound sanitary system that will be installed at Astico Park in Columbus, WI. The mound sanitary system will be used for a restroom/shower building, campsites, shelter, and dump station. The soil tests have been completed and are attached to the RFQ. The design plans must be submitted to the Wisconsin DSPS for state approval. RFQ Questions: Trista Steinbach: tsteinbach@co.dodge.wi.us County reserves the right to waive any informalities or technicalities and to reject any and all bids or parts thereof deemed to be unsatisfactory or not in the County's best interest. Furthermore, County reserves the right to cancel any order or contract for failure of the successful vendor/contractor to comply with the terms, conditions and specifications of the request and/or contract. County reserves the right to award this request to the vendor/contractor whose bid is overall the most advantageous to the County in the County's sole determination. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
