Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Pleasant Grove, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Interested parties must meet bidder requirements and qualifications as specified in the bid documents on or before the date that the bids are due. A performance bond will be required in the amount of 5% OF BID NOT TO EXCEED $10,000.00. All questions must be submitted in writing to procurementservices@jccal.org Attention CHARLES LINDSEY. Jefferson County Commission is accepting bids for Generator Installation, Inspections and Repair COMMODITY CODES: 28539, 69000, 93639 400 KW generator with a 48-hour run time fuel tank. Concrete pad for the new generator, pad to be designed for the weight rating of the generator and the fuel tank. Crane rental. All gas plumbing. New automatic transfer switch. All electrical work. Install a service entrance rated transfer switch outside the last bay door where the Alabama Power feed is. Run conduit and emergency feed from generator to transfer switch that we mount on the outside of the building. Rated as a NEMA3R weatherproof transfer switch. Include all crane work needed to offload generator. Includes all work to be performed as a turnkey installation. all start-up and commissioning of the unit once complete Factory testing and start-up to be provided.
