Police Department Boiler System Replacement A certified or cashier's check or bid bond executed by Bidder and approved Surety Company, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each proposal . A successful bidder shall forfeit any surety required by the City of Fairview Heights upon faliure on the bidder's part to enter into a contract within 10 days after the award of such contract(s). The City of Fairview Heights reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any inconsistencies or informalities and to select the bid that best meets the requirements of the project.
